Nitros are beers that have nitrogen replacing much of the carbon dioxide for carbonation. This results in a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that is unmatched for many beer styles. Think Guinness. We'll have nitros available from time to time during the colder months, so watch for them. When you're visiting, ask for them! TODAY'S

Hoptopus American
Imperial Pale Wheat A
wheat offering for the spring, with a touch of pale malt. That's
not the whole story, though--we've added all Amarillo hops. In the
boil, in the finish and dry hopped to boot. If you like hops, this
one's for you! Grapefruit, pine and maybe a touch of fresh mown
grass is what we get out of it Bombshell Blonde Helles style Lager Light to medium body with a sparkling bright blonde appearance. A very clean true lager. You've heard "crisp" and "refreshing" to describe the nationals, but there's always something lacking. With Bombshell Blonde, these descriptors are actually true. It's the bomb Barley's Droughtfire IPA American IPA Another IPA from our brewery... grapefruit and orange rinds, good malt presense, it's our response to the great hop shortage of 2007/8 The Highland Hammer American IPA A copper colored ale that is actually our only blended ale. Equal parts IPA and Robert Burns Scottish Exprot Ale produce a maltier IPA than the norm. Full bodied, yet plenty of assertive hops. Plenty of citrus and floral assertiveness in front of a malty background. It's Hammer Time! Barley's Pint O' Joe Oatmeal Coffee Stout a medium bodied stout that is cold-infused with Hawaiian Kona coffe beans specially roasted for us by Stauf's Coffee Roasters. Served exclusively at the 'House and Mo Jo Lounges around town. Who said beer isn't for breakfast? MacLenny's Scottish Ale Scottish Ale a slightly malty, butterscotch colored ale. We carmelize the malt at the beginning of the brewing process, producing toffee-like undertones |
