About the Ale: The recipe consists of pale and Vienna base malts. A touch of Honey malt and caramalt for mild sweetness and body. Bittering hops are millenium. First wort and aroma Hops are mostly Mosaic, with simcoe and cascade to boot. It's dry hopped with lots of mosaic and cascade.

It is a light to medium body session Ipa fermented with French saison yeast. It has a subtle sweetness which gives way to a heavy tropical and citrus fruit aroma and rounds out with a well balanced bitterness.

One of our Brewers came up with the idea for a flavorful but highly drinkable session beer while vacationing with their brother in Florida. They had a couple late night drinking escapades in which he was introduced to the benefit of the easy drinking session ales.

With his favorite style of beer being IPA, he often found himself ready to climb into bed after just a couple of high ABV brews. Our brewer wanted to create a beer that sacrificed nothing in the way of flavor, but was less taxing than its ultra high ABV counterparts.
