Barley's Brewing Company - Firkin Good Ale

Christopher Sipko and Bob Milewsky's Saison Brut

Chris and Bob had just gotten some elusive Nelson Sauvin hops and decided to try them in a Saison. The beer went on to win our 21st Annual Homebrew Competition. Traditionally brewed to be consumed in the farming season, this beer is our official thirst quencher of June, 2017.

Food Pairings:Goes well with seafood, try it with Chef Joe's Red Pepper Crab Cakes, Shrimp and Grits, or Herb Crusted Salmon. Barley's Wedge Salad and a Saison? Yes please. It would also drink nicely with the Swiss cheese in the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich.
