About the Ale: It's Oktoberfest season and General Manager Jason Fabien (who's always has valuable input into brewery activities) suggested that we brew a "Hoptoberfest" instead. This beautiful, deep copper colored ale has the toasty malt bill of an Oktoberfest, with the tropical fruitiness of an IPA brewed with an abundance of Australian Galaxy hops. The complex interweaving of flavors is enough to satisfy with one pint, but you'll probably end up enjoying a few.
