About the Ale:

Head brewer Singer's first recipe brewed at Barley's. The brewing industry is constantly evolving; brewing Brutopia IPA is Barley's answer to the calling. Mango, citrus, pine, tropical fruit can all be found within ones glass either through aroma or taste. The dryness and light body of Brutopia provide quite sessionable ale. With the use of a new yeast and another special ingredient in the brewery, this beer is very experimental and only be found for a limited time....for now.

Style Guidelines:

Brut IPA's are still very new in the brewing industry, making it hard to provide guidelines to the style. Brutopia expresses the few guidelines that have been provided along the way of brewing the beer however. These guidelines include a pale yellow or straw color, aromatic, a dryness that resembles that of a Brut champagne, and also little to no bitterness. Brewed with hardly any bittering hops, Brutopia provides a very clean, dry, and aromatic experience that continues throughout the glass.
